Squirtle Blooper

The funny thing is that someone already gave me a Pokemon form in her recent group picture, and ironically, it was a Squirtle, let alone a shiny one. So I decided to improve on that concept, before she even showed the GP, no less, and give Blooper his new form, in the alternate world known as Pokmina!(I've been playing too much Majora's Mask XP) His features are all still there, except for his clothes. The reason I didn't give him any shoes is because I've seen a lot of Pokemorphs without shoes, so I decided to follow that trend.

This took me about 3 hours, I believe. I tried to give the background a Squirtle shell, but there's no Paths option in PS Elements to give me a circle. D:

I'm also gonna give Pokemon forms to my 10 other characters as well! (Yes, I have one more character I never showed you, but you guys can all wait. )
